Second trial after triathlon of snows of Lap. Only 1 h of car to arrive at the Nordic domain of the Desert of Entremont in Carthusian monastery. Distance: 5.8 km trail on snow, 11km VTT and 7,5km of cross-country skiing. The organizers are great nice, the small hole in the pecker is even made you to support VTT in the park! Les distances : 5.8 km trail sur neige, 11km VTT et 7,5km de ski de fond. Les organisateurs sont super sympa, on vous fait même le petit trou à la pioche pour maintenir le VTT dans le parc !

Two shopping to be known in this October! The strides of Crossey to St Etienne de Crossey the 18/10/09 organised by Vincent of the secondary school. I had already made the 9km last year, at the end of Paris, without too much physical condition. And as I teach to attract knack for pleasure, I registered on the 19km this year. J'avais déjà fait le 9km l'année dernière, au sortir de Paris, sans trop de condition physique. Et comme je m'habitue à tenter des trucs pour le plaisir, je me suis inscrit sur le 19km cette année.

At the end of season, Aix Baths was a nice date to try to get ready at best to have a go on this Olympic distance: 1500 metres swimming, 40 kilometres bike and 10 kilometres with feet. I arrive in this expiry date with 800km from bike hardly and too little from running. 9/09 : premier Courte Distance de la saison et de mon vécu triathlon ! En fin de saison, Aix les Bains était une date sympa pour essayer de se préparer au mieux afin de s'essayer sur cette distance olympique : 1500 mètres natation, 40 kilomètres vélo et 10 kilomètres à pieds. J'arrive à cette échéance avec 800km de vélo tout juste et trop peu de course à pied.
